Support status preview for localhost, ready to evolve into a production monitoring page

A polished local status page for support, uptime, and incident visibility.

This version is designed for localhost first. It uses mock monitoring data to validate the support experience, content structure, visual language, and future production workflow before wiring Dokploy health checks and PostgreSQL incident storage.

Localhost mode
The UI is production-ready, while service health currently comes from local mock data instead of live uptime checks.

All systems operational

Safe for layout review, content review, and future integration planning.

Support actions
The local version already communicates what happens next and how support data can evolve.

Need a support pattern?

Use this page as the first local version before connecting health checks, public incidents, and customer-facing notices.

Recommended publishing flow

Build locally, validate the content model, then move monitoring online with scheduled jobs and a small persisted incident history.

Next checks

Add automated heartbeat checks for the public site, API routes, and auth callbacks.
Persist incidents and status snapshots in PostgreSQL when production monitoring is enabled.
Expose a small JSON endpoint for badges, embeds, and future public status widgets.
Recent incidents
A clean incident feed for users, stakeholders, and future support workflows.

Authentication callback latency

Resolved

A temporary delay affected login redirects after a deployment window. Sessions remained valid and the issue was resolved quickly.

Monitoring

The local status prototype includes a simulated database alert to validate warning states before production monitoring is enabled.

Internal validation only

Local first
Ready for production later
This localhost version already supports the content structure needed for a live support system.

What is mocked today

Service uptime, latency, incidents, and maintenance notices are static for now so you can approve the design and information model on localhost.

What can go live later

A project-local worker can run checks, while PostgreSQL stores incidents, snapshots, and status summaries for the public page.
